




Job Summary: Responsible for the management and supervision of multidisciplinary projects, including planning, construction execution, critical analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Stakeholder coordination and interdisciplinary interface management * Manage multidisciplinary projects of small, medium, and large scale; * Perform critical analysis of projects; * Conduct on-site construction supervision to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost control; * Plan and schedule construction execution; * Read and interpret technical drawings; * Assist in developing basic sketches, layouts, and flowcharts; * Develop conceptual, basic, and detailed designs; * Receive, attend to, and validate suppliers; * Technical proposal evaluation; * Monitor project schedules and activity planning; * Propose technical alternatives for interference and design issues; * Organize and control all project documentation; * Coordinate and manage internal stakeholders' interests according to each project requirement; * Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary interfaces of projects; * Coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure project execution within established deadlines (including kick\-off meetings, project risk analysis, decision-making meetings, and progress reports on contracted services); * Activity risk analysis; * Supervise lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for energization and de-energization Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
