Adeste, a market leader in food, health, and animal nutrition, is seeking a **Junior Logistics Analyst** to join our team! **What do we expect from you?** We seek professionals with drive and an owner's mindset, committed to achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities and duties** **What will your responsibilities and challenges be?** * Plan and monitor raw material collections from approved suppliers; * Create and monitor logistics area KPIs, ensuring continuous performance tracking; * Support the contracting of transporters for raw material, finished product, and production material collection, as well as company maintenance services; * Route collections to optimize transit time and reduce operational costs; * Verify Electronic Transport Documents (CTEs) and record them in the fiscal ledger; * Prepare the Electronic Fiscal Document Manifest (MDF-e) to track fiscal invoices during transportation; * Prepare required documentation (fuel supply authorization, fiscal invoices, and manifest) for vehicle release; * Develop and update cost spreadsheets with monthly vehicle expenses; * Submit purchase requisitions and orders in the system for fleet parts and services; * Manage the dispatch and delivery of mailbags and correspondence via postal services. **Requirements and qualifications** **What will we evaluate?** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree * Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel) **Additional information** **Where will you work?** We operate across 8 locations; however, this position is based at our **Jaguapitã-PR site.** We value diversity and actively foster an inclusive culture.
