Shall we go forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze operational data and transform it into indicators to support short- and medium-term decision-making in partnership with Agroindustrial Managers. * Support milling capacity planning, maximize fleet utilization, and optimize resource sharing among units. * Ensure operations execution in accordance with procedures and Work Instructions, guaranteeing standardization and reliability of information. * Manage and consolidate agricultural process data generated by COA, communicating analyses and results to management and the board to guide improvement actions. * Develop and deliver training sessions, guiding leadership in operational management and promoting engagement with the organization’s best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields; * Prior experience in COA and/or SIA, with activity in the sugarcane-energy sector; * Experience in people management, logistics, and operational/strategic planning; * Proficiency in management and analytical tools (Microsoft Office suite, Power BI, and systems such as SAP, PIMS, Solinftec, or similar); * Knowledge of the regional logistics network (maps, roads, and routes); * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residency in Presidente Prudente, Pirapozinho, or Narandiba, or willingness to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
