You will join the Technology team with the mission of gathering, analyzing (data/processes/needs), proposing solutions, documenting and describing requirements, processes, and business rules, acting as a facilitator among users, clients, developers, and other stakeholders — contributing to planning and delivery of features, user acceptance testing, and training for client departments! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Gathering, defining, and documenting business rules for features (new or enhancements) across products. * Developing functional specifications and process documentation. * Supporting planning of functional deliveries for projects. * Logging improvement points and tracking product backlogs. * Designing Business Test Scenarios and validating implementations. * Identifying, analyzing, and designing workflows/processes covering AS IS and TO BE states. * Participating in meetings/sessions to gather data/rules. * Analyzing collected data to assess and propose solutions. * Proposing workflows and interface prototypes aimed at enhancing customer experience/optimization. * Collaborating with developers, analysts, UX professionals, and other technical project stakeholders. * Preparing documentation on solution usage. * Organizing and conducting training sessions for Key Users where applicable. * Performing User Acceptance Testing / Solution Validation. * Acting as a communication facilitator between client departments and the technical team. * Reporting activity progress and updates to project management. * Participating in structured project handover to the Operations team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Experience gathering functional and non-functional requirements from clients * Experience working with financial/accounting/sales systems or processes * Workflow and process design skills * Experience in the field as an analyst/developer/Business Analyst/Product Owner * Knowledge of software engineering processes and project estimation * Experience with agile/structured methodologies * Knowledge of Data Modeling and APIs * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or related technology fields (e.g., Systems Analysis, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent) **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with Jira/Confluence and related tools * Involvement in projects related to Finance/Accounting/Taxation * Certifications/training in Product Owner or similar roles * Participation in Technology Projects / ERP and Corporate System Implementations **Additional Information** **What we offer:** **During the probationary period:** Reduced workload — 40 hours per week; On-site meals — no payroll deduction; Life insurance; Transportation allowance. **After the probationary period:** Meal allowance — no payroll deduction; Amil Health Insurance — with co-payment and 40% of monthly premium covered; DentalUni Dental Insurance; TotalPass and VR Nutrition benefits; Performance-based bonuses and incentives; Pharmacy discount program; Econet Educational Program (courses and postgraduate programs); Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions. **Conveniences:** Christmas bonus; 90-minute lunch break; On-site snack bar; Game room; Rest area; Celebratory gifts for special occasions; We love celebrating our achievements — get ready for events and parties!
