Job Summary: As a Maintenance Analyst, manage technical teams, order spare parts, monitor departmental KPIs, and oversee service tickets from initiation to closure. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end service ticket management **Position: Maintenance Analyst** **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage regional technical teams (including electronic time tracking, activity scheduling, and on-site authorization at client companies). * Order spare parts and monitor departmental performance indicators. * Manage service tickets end-to-end (from opening to closure). **Essential Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical vocational training in Maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Automation, or related fields). * Prior experience as a **PCM** (Maintenance Planning and Control) professional or Maintenance Analyst. * Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational ability, and resilience to work under pressure. * Must reside in Londrina - PR. * Availability to perform on-call duties when required. **Job Details:** * **Employment Type:** CLT (On-site). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Remuneration:** R$ 3.250,00. * **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (R$ 300.00) + On-site lunch + Transportation Allowance + Health Insurance.
