The selected candidate will provide support in executing daily activities to ensure smooth workflow. For those seeking an opportunity to grow and make a difference in challenging projects, **we want to meet you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **These will be your responsibilities:** * Cleaning and organizing the workplace; * Assisting in transporting and handling materials and tools; * Providing direct assistance to technicians and skilled workers during work stages; * Cable laying; * Organizing work fronts; * Collaborating closely with other members of the assembly team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must have:** * Completed elementary education, with basic reading and writing skills; * Minimum 6 months of documented work experience in this role on your employment record, preferably in industrial environments; * Availability for travel within Brazil and abroad; * Willingness to work overtime when required. **In addition, you will stand out if you have:** * Completed high school. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * **Residents of Narandiba / SP:** We provide transportation points within the city to reach the workplace, plus lunch; * **Residents of other cities:** We cover accommodation, meals, and transportation expenses, and grant scheduled time off to return home according to our internal policies and prior agreement; * **Overtime:** Overtime worked beyond regular hours is compensated as follows: 60% premium from Monday to Saturday, and 100% premium on Sundays and holidays; * **Monthly bonus of R$ 200.00:** Employees forfeit eligibility for this bonus if they have more than one absence—excused or unexcused—or fail the breathalyzer test or violate safety rules. **Work Location and Schedule:** Working hours are Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; and Fridays, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
