This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Develop and implement HR processes to promote continuous growth of people and the organization, maximizing results and minimizing costs. * Support employees, including answering questions and managing personnel-related processes. * Support the legal department on labor-related matters. * Manage timekeeping and vacation records. * Internal and external communication regarding HR matters. * Manage events and development programs. * Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. * Analyze and resolve issues related to HR processes. * Monitor and evaluate performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or related fields. * PREFERRED: Enrolled in an MBA or postgraduate program in Strategic People Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Experience in the HR field. * Courses or Specializations: * Microsoft Office Suite * Intermediate Excel * Personnel Administration * HR Department (Recruitment & Selection, and Training & Development) * Labor, Social Security, and Union Legislation * Climate Survey * Integrated Systems – ERP * Fundamentals of Job Roles, Compensation, and Career Development * Fundamentals of Occupational Health and Safety **Additional Information** **Benefits that care for you at every stage!** **At Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
