Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, and experience in controller functions, budget management, and financial statement analysis. Business partner role, generating insights and supporting managers **Description:** Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in the role. Knowledge of accounting legislation. Knowledge of financial statement analysis and accounting classifications, as well as costing methodologies (absorption, variable, ABC) and budget management; Ability to build and manage complex financial models, automations, and reports Practical experience with ERP modules for Accounting, Costing, and/or Controller functions. **Advantages:** Postgraduate degree, specialization, or relevant certifications in the field. Ability to create and manage dashboards for senior management. Prepare explanatory notes on expenses and composition of equity accounts, ensuring consistency of accounting and managerial information; Develop and monitor economic\-financial indicators to support management decision\-making; Develop, implement, and monitor procedures related to Controller, Governance, and Risk Management areas; Develop, monitor, and review budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions; Develop and enhance financial and budgetary models, profitability analyses, and short\- and long\-term projections; Review and optimize internal Controller/FP\&A processes (closing, allocation, reporting) to improve accuracy, standardization, and agility; Conduct in\-depth analysis of cost and expense structures to identify opportunities for operational efficiency gains and cost reduction; Participate in the implementation and improvement of management systems (ERP) and BI tools, acting as a key\-user for the area; Act as a business partner to operational departments, translating numbers into insights and supporting managers in controlling their budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 2511270202401833666
