




Job Summary: ITUM Tecnologia is seeking IT professionals to join our team, providing technical support and assisting with IT infrastructure management. Key Highlights: 1. If you are passionate about IT and enjoy challenges, come work with us. \*This position is **100% on-site** in Londrina\* **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 technical support, either on-site or remotely; * Handle and log support tickets via the help desk system; * Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals; * Assist with user and access permission management; * Support software installation, updates, and licensing. **Requirements:** * Driver's license category B; * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in IT or related fields; * Technical knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows); * Basic understanding of networks (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong oral and written communication skills, and user-facing support capability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of hosting; * Basic understanding of cybersecurity; * Familiarity with Windows Server.
