Stimulating work environment with continuous learning As an administrative apprentice, you will provide administrative support across various departments of the company, helping ensure internal processes operate efficiently. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Sorting, storing, labeling, counting inventories, cleaning, and organizing the Shipping Department. * Assisting with supply management, inventory control, and material requisitions; * Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations; * Supporting the organization of internal and external company events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma completed or currently pursuing (night shift); * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Military service certificate/exemption starting at age 17; * Age between 15 and 21 years old; * Flexible availability for working hours. **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, either from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM or from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Chartered transportation and transportation allowance; * Unimed health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Pharmacy card; * Wellhub.
