Job Summary: A professional for full-time site management, responsible for control, planning, and budget analysis, ensuring execution in accordance with procedures and targets. Key Highlights: 1. Cost-benefit-quality-schedule-value-safety perspective You will join the **Construction Team**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Full-time site management * Daily VAR (Verification of Compliance with Requirements) and DO (Site Diary) completion * Preparation of Fast's standard weekly report * Verification and validation of execution procedures, approved materials, and on-site scope * Anticipation of deviations from objectives and proposal of solutions with a cost-benefit-quality-schedule-value-safety perspective * Weekly construction control and planning applying Lean Construction * Economic control of actions under your responsibility * Budget analysis and supplier negotiation * Adherence to Grupo Método’s procedures and contribution to their continuous improvement * Compliance with environmental operational controls applicable to your area of activity * Responsibility for maintaining updated records of construction actions **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in Office suite, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD is desirable; * Experience in warehouse construction projects is desirable; * Active CREA or CAU registration. **Additional Information** Swile Card \- Flexible Benefit Total Pass Birthday Day Off Partnerships with Postgraduate, Extension, and Language Education Institutions Corporate University Contract with an expected duration of **180 days**, subject to extension At Grupo Método, we work to foster an inclusive culture.
