We are looking for professionals with drive and ownership mindset, committed to achieving outstanding results. **Responsibilities and duties** What will be the responsibilities and challenges? * Assist in analyzing maintenance processes in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, building, and utility systems. * Support the development of studies and propose improvements in maintenance management. * Strive to satisfy internal customers through services that offer appropriate cost, reliability, and safety. * Support the procurement process for parts, materials for preventive and corrective maintenance, instrumentation, and new projects, aiming for reliable inventory and storage to prevent part shortages that could impact production areas. * Process incoming goods into the warehouse, including various products, mechanical and electrical parts, refrigeration components, civil construction and painting materials, new projects, etc. Process invoices. * Request invoices for equipment repairs, part quotations, and registrations. * Receive materials, verify documentation against product specifications and quantities. * Note any discrepancies directly on the document and forward it for tracking damaged items, deviations, and inventory updates. Respond to material requests from the warehouse, receive orders, retrieve parts from storage, deliver them to the requesting departments, and forward documentation for inventory write-offs and updates per department. * **Requirements and qualifications** What will we evaluate? Currently enrolled in technical school or higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
