Experience in process mapping and improvement. Knowledge of performance indicator (KPI) analysis. Strong analytical ability and systemic vision. Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills. ### **Advantages:** Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). Experience with process mapping tools (BPMN, flowcharts). ERP system experience.
