Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist network installation technicians with basic and daily tasks as directed; * Install and assemble infrastructure for optical cable routing. * Perform drop cable deployment and routing for activation of new customers or restoration of connections. * Route internal network cables; * Install and maintain connectorized FTTH networks; * Perform corrective maintenance and fiber alignment in active network backbones. * Assemble and maintain POPs (Points of Presence), including DIOs, batteries, and racks. * Install and configure routers, activating internet plans via CGR. * Diagnose connection issues, verify fiber signal, and conduct speed tests. * Provide technical support to customers with attention and courtesy. * Perform emergency maintenance according to work schedule. * Carry out basic IT tasks (formatting, configuration, and software installation). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Driver's license category B. * Experience with optical measurement equipment and splicing. * Knowledge of optical cable deployment and fiber fusion. * Knowledge of installation and maintenance of optical splice closures. * Router configuration skills. * Certifications/training in **NR10** and **NR35**. * Basic computer literacy. **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental plan; * Life insurance.
