JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene, safety, quality standards, and performance goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various bakery products (aligned with the bakery’s product mix) by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, quality standards, and performance goals; Help reduce waste by properly arranging products for display according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Assist in product counting for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Ensure and maintain cleanliness and organization of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
