Production Assistant

Description

* Restock merchandise on the counter whenever a product is sold; * Provide excellent customer service, addressing product requests and inquiries by offering and recommending products; * Prepare (cut, separate, etc.) products and package them according to departmental manual instructions; * Prepare and deliver products requested by stores (weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to the product code; * Store products in their respective cold chambers; * Remove spoiled or expired merchandise daily, checking expiration dates of displayed products; * Retrieve products from cold chambers for proper preparation; * Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company requirements (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); * Record daily the quantity of non-reusable merchandise remaining; * Verify that products are labeled (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); * Package products (cakes, pies, sweets, and bread) according to manuals, recipes, and production manager instructions; * Organize products in designated carts and boxes; * Dispose of non-reusable merchandise in the designated trash; * Clean workbenches and the workplace; * Maintain an organized and clean workplace; * Observe health and occupational safety guidelines and regulations; \- Report to department leadership any need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems; \- Perform other related tasks as required or directed by department leadership and/or store management; * Participate in the company's mentoring program, training, teaching, and transferring company activities and regulations to new employees; * Record daily attendance in accordance with working hours.
