Requirements: **What we seek for this Test Analyst position** * Write automated tests and collaborate with the team on building and continuously improving automated and manual tests. * Understand the test pyramid and write test scenarios. * Test alternative use-case flows together with the development team. * Support the team in building and continuously improving test cases. * Monitor product stability from a testing perspective. * Identify, flag, and propose improvements to tests. * Collaborate in maintaining integrated test environments. * Understand the importance of security; apply this knowledge to identify security-related issues for development decision-making. * Ensure tasks are properly sized/estimated according to the backlog. * Contribute to team indicator analysis; help propose actions to improve performance metrics. * Regularly support company-defined practices and processes, aiming for continuous improvement. * Occasionally facilitate discussions by supporting the leader, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to share opinions and be heard. * Seek guidance to expand personal experience; sometimes guide team members openly, respectfully, flexibly, and empathetically. * Possess an understanding of your team’s domain and how it contributes to the overall business strategy. * Support the development of emerging testing trends. * Conduct code reviews. **Nice-to-have skills** * Test automation (Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, Smoke Tests). * Tools for problem analysis and resolution (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram). * Types of testing (White Box, Black Box, Performance, Regression). * Testing strategies and plans (Test Cases). * SOAP WebService testing. * API testing. * Functional and integrated testing (manual). * Defect management (Failures, Bugs, Defects).
