Job Summary: The professional will handle, receive, and organize the flow of people and documents entering and exiting the premises, controlling access and appointments with a focus on organization and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Answer and make phone calls, forwarding them according to the availability of the intended recipient. 2. Receive and identify visitors, controlling vehicle access. 3. Manage delivery and dispatch scheduling, routing documents accordingly. We are a Brazilian company specializing in the manufacturing of MDF and plywood panels. We began our journey in 1984 and, over the years, have expanded our operations, now operating three strategically located factories in southern Brazil: Caçador/SC, Santa Cecília/SC, and Palmas/PR. Our commitment to responsible and sustainable development is a fundamental part of our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Answer and make phone calls, forwarding them according to the availability of the person being sought, providing the most appropriate solution in each case; * Receive, identify, and announce visitors, suppliers, service providers, employees, or customers; issue identification badges and direct individuals to their requested destinations. * Receive drivers who will perform unloading and/or loading; * Control scheduling for product deliveries and dispatches; * Verify fiscal data; * Receive and route documents to their respective departments; * Maintain control of vehicle access to the factory area; * Log correspondence and forward it to the respective responsible parties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong communication skills; * Availability for **shift rotation**. **Additional Information** **Here you will find:** Life insurance; Pharmacy/convenience card; Meal allowance / attendance bonus; Chartered transportation; On-site cafeteria; PLR (Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus); Education assistance.
