




Main Responsibilities: * Monitor the receiving, picking, loading, and shipping flow of goods; * Monitor transshipment time between trailers and delivery trucks; * Ensure proper cargo distribution according to destinations and demands; * Control inventory and leftovers, avoiding waste and losses; * Provide support and assistance to logistics helpers and operators in product handling and organization; * Support in creating work schedules, defining leave days, and monitoring employee performance; * Ensure correct use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations; * Verify and send documentation to headquarters; * Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA and 5S; * Monitor indicators such as average transshipment time, service level, operational costs, absenteeism, and team turnover. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics or related fields is desirable; * Minimum experience in logistics operations, distribution centers, or road transportation is desirable; * Knowledge of cross-docking operations, inventory control, cargo handling, and logistics KPIs is desirable; * Flexible availability is desirable; * Own vehicle for commuting to the company is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS systems is desirable. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday from 05:30 to 11:00 and from 12:00 to 15:18.
