Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as a technical reference in your area, ensuring excellence in executing critical and complex activities. * Provide technical leadership to field teams, guiding junior and mid-level professionals while promoting development and engagement. * Evaluate and validate technical compliance of executed activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, legal regulations, and corporate standards. * Support formal leaders in defining execution strategies, activity prioritization, and decision-making in critical situations. * Anticipate operational, environmental, and safety risks, proposing corrective and preventive action plans. * Actively contribute to cost and schedule control by identifying deviations and presenting effective solutions. * Participate in the development and review of technical procedures, safety standards, and sustainable practices. * Represent the team in technical interactions with clients, suppliers, communities, or regulatory agencies, maintaining ethical and professional conduct. * Promote innovation by sharing experiences and proposing continuous improvements to enhance construction efficiency and quality. * Use project management software to manage daily work routines. * Participate in client feedback meetings, providing relevant information on high-complexity projects under your management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable. * Significant experience in power generation construction projects, preferably biometane plants. * Driver’s license, Category B. * Active CREA registration. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
