SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** EXPERIENCE IN PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES AND TEACHING YOUTH OR ADULTS IN THE FOLLOWING CURRICULAR AREAS: PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE, WRITING, INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, MOTIVATION, LEADERSHIP, PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION, AND/OR FINANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected.
