Job Summary: Installs, maintains, and tests telemetry equipment; provides technical support; diagnoses and resolves technical issues; and trains customers on system usage. Key Highlights: 1. Visit customers to provide technical support. Diagnose technical issues, identify possible causes, resolve them, and document proposed solutions. Train and guide customer technicians on the proper use and preservation of installed telemetry system components. Install, inspect, and activate electronic security systems by assembling and connecting wired and wireless equipment, and adjusting their electrical and logical parameters.
