We are looking for a Complementary Distributor Sales Representative to attend distributors representing the industry, ensuring the execution of the sales strategy and the best performance of our products at the point of sale and merchandising execution. The candidate will serve the customer portfolio in the city of Florianópolis\-SC, and it is essential to reside in this location. A Taste of What You'll Do **Attend the Distributor:** Understand monthly targets, customer history, and potential to properly plan and execute sales **Develop the Team:** of Micro Distributors regarding Kellanova's portfolio; **Execute Visit Routes:** Monitor the Distributor's team performance; **Conduct Negotiations:** Identify opportunities, diagnose customer portfolio profiles and priorities, and negotiate sales; **Establish Relationships:** Build long-term, professional relationships with customer buyers; **Master the Portfolio:** Study, know, and master the complete mix of products sold, as well as current commercial policies and sales campaigns. We Are Looking For Someone With Bachelor's degree required, either completed or in progress; Valid Category B driver's license and personal vehicle required; Sales negotiation experience involving product mix and coverage, merchandising actions, promotions, deadlines, payment terms, etc., is required; Knowledge of Office Suite and proficiency with sales systems are preferred.
