




Job Summary: Professional to manage daily store operations, develop sales and marketing strategies, lead and train teams, and organize inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Operational management and store organization Responsibilities: \- Open and close the store \- Cash closing and time clock system reporting \- Develop sales and marketing strategies (store/social media/radio) \- Onboard new staff, train, and supervise \- Provide solutions for store and warehouse organization \- Create internal initiatives for the team \- Seek partnerships for sales and marketing campaigns \- Collaborate with the team to compile lists of missing merchandise for purchase or receipt from our Distribution Center, and conduct audits of shortages in janitorial and cleaning supplies. Requirements: \- Prior experience working in retail stores; \- Prior experience in store management, supervision, or team leadership; \- Understanding of administrative routines. R. Cel.
