Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitation of suites, bathrooms, and other areas in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Availability for rotating shifts We are the Recruitment and Selection team of Rede Drops, Brazil's largest motel chain, with units across 8 states. We currently have an opening for a Cleaning Assistant at our Villages by Drops unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! Responsibilities: Cleaning and sanitizing suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Changing linens and verifying consumption; Sending menu orders to suites; Requirements: Prior experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well; Availability to rotate between morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; We Offer: Fixed salary: R$ 1\.914,00 Meal allowance: R$ 15.00/day Transportation allowance or Fuel assistance: R$ 250.00 * For your well-being, we provide life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family. Attendance Bonus: Schedule: 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). Working hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift schedule to be agreed upon with the manager. * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year. Performance-based incentive program: bonuses every six months. Shift: Rotating \- availability required for alternating morning/afternoon and night shifts. Work Location: R.
