Comprehensive support for unit activities and processes If you identify with the cooperative movement, enjoy interacting with people and their differences, embrace challenges, take initiative, contribute to people's development, and are the protagonist of your life and career, this may be the right place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person or remote service to Cooperative Members, focusing on efficiency and excellence—answering questions and providing various low-complexity information, such as account balances, deposit instructions, inquiries, self-service usage guidance, and other related requests; * Provide full support for all processes inherent to Service Units, whether organizing, preparing, or archiving physical or virtual documents, opening accounts or updating registrations, admitting or terminating Cooperative Members; * Collect and distribute correspondence, documents, reports, and materials across Service Units; * Perform cashier-related tasks—including opening, maintaining, disbursing, transferring, receiving, and closing the cash drawer—managing cash and cash transitions, and contacting, when necessary, cash-in-transit companies or other related financial institutions; * Participate in internal business and cooperative member prospecting processes, as well as product and service sales (excluding investments), including assisting with overdue operations or checking account overdrafts; * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * ANBIMA certification; * Experience in a financial institution.
