Job Summary: Be responsible for the agency's commercial activities, providing support and monitoring microfinance agents' activities while ensuring adherence to credit analysis methodology. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and motivation of commercial teams 2. Daily support and monitoring of microfinance agents 3. Control and renegotiation of delinquent customers **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:30 to 17:30 hrs. (1-hour lunch break); no time clocking \- Position of Trust **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Be responsible for the agency's commercial activities, maintaining daily proximity with microfinance agents; Know and monitor daily the work schedule of microfinance agents; Provide support to microfinance agents' activities to ensure achievement of established goals over time; Monitor daily agency output, portfolios, products, and number of operations; Conduct joint visits with Microfinance Agents, ensuring strict adherence to the methodology applied in credit analysis; Control collection execution for delinquent customers (at-risk portfolio), requesting visits and renegotiations; Hold meetings with the commercial team (Microfinance Agents), developing and monitoring action plans; **Requirements:*** Experience in leadership and motivation of commercial teams; * Knowledge of financial mathematics (HP 12C) **Benefits:** Annual bonuses, Medical assistance, Commissions, Life insurance, Meal allowance
