Support for strategic decisions across various areas **Controller Position \- Controller Manager** **Work Location: Concórdia \- SC** **Responsibilities and Desired Experience** Experience as Controller and/or in controller functions and/or accounting Balance sheet analysis Analysis of Financial Income Statement (DRE) Manage the routine of cost reporting, develop and systematize the budgeting routine, and monitor budgeted vs. actual performance; Automate processes Monitor company performance evolution, presenting critical analyses and forecasts; Analyze monthly closing results, evaluating opportunities for cost and expense reduction actions; Support strategic decisions in finance, sales, industrial, procurement, and logistics areas based on cost analysis and procedures; Design and monitor value and volume targets with the business unit and track commercial agreements.
