Because here, growth is part of our nature. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform routine tasks, such as generating weekly reports; * Analyze and verify Daily Operational Bulletins and Service Measurement Reports, and control daily fuel supply; * Prepare and verify the company’s overall performance targets; * Conduct field visits when necessary; * Collaborate with branches to ensure smooth daily operations; * Analyze and verify customer payments; * Verify and manage third-party services; * Monitor fleet fuel consumption; * Train and qualify new branch employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (or equivalent); technical or higher education will be considered a plus; * Experience with Advanced Excel, indicator analysis, and Power BI would be a plus; * Excellent organizational and time-management skills; * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and perform tasks with minimal supervision; Reside in Lages, SC * **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Opportunities for career advancement and expansion of administrative skills; * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work for a growing company offering professional learning and development.
