Responsibilities include fault diagnosis, repair execution, and technical support to customers. Key duties include: * Field electrical and electromechanical maintenance; * Diagnosis of electrical, electronic, and automation faults; * Adjustments and repairs on control panels, wiring, sensors, and actuators; * Technical support to customers and coordination with internal teams; * Equipment startups, testing, and functional validation; * Recording of incidents and providing equipment usage guidance; * Compliance with NR10, NR12, and NBR5410 standards. * Proposing continuous improvements for greater departmental efficiency; * Collaborating on departmental organization and standardization of activities; * Providing support for other departmental demands as required; * Adhering to company institutional guidelines.
