




Job Summary: Office Assistant – OPEC to schedule, organize, and control media, advertising materials, client balances, and programming content, ensuring accurate broadcast. Key Highlights: 1. Programming and control of media and digital content broadcast. 2. Organization and verification of advertising materials and confirmation documents. 3. Monitoring of client balances and editing of commercial scripts. **Position: Office Assistant – OPEC Responsibilities:** Schedule and determine media broadcast in accordance with contracts and commercial schedules; Sort, organize, and verify received advertising materials; Monitor client balances, tracking acquired credits and applied deductions; Edit copy orders, including numbering, titling, and organizing materials; Process and organize media broadcast confirmation documents; Perform checking, formulation, editing, and confirmation of commercial scripts, ensuring correct media delivery; Control ECAD-related information (audio tracks and music played by the broadcaster); Schedule and update the EPG (Electronic Program Guide); Schedule and review closed caption (subtitles) content. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and Excel) and Internet use; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines; Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
