Join a company offering an excellent working environment and the largest financial institution by number of members serving professionals within the CONFEA/CREA/CAU system. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform employee onboarding, termination, vacation, and personnel movement processes; * Monitor and adjust electronic timekeeping records; * Administer benefits (transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, food vouchers, health plans, etc.); * Track medical certificates, leaves of absence, and other types of leave; * Maintain up-to-date documentation and employee records; * Support compliance with eSocial legal obligations; * Assist in organizing and controlling documents related to internal labor disputes; * Monitor activities related to CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) routines; * Update internal manuals outlining labor procedures; * Monitor employee allocation across cost centers; * Execute required procedures to obtain SESCOOP funds, in accordance with internal regulations; * Monitor probationary period deadlines and support managers throughout the process; * Organize, request, and verify uniform orders, suggesting improvements and optimizations; * Track merits, promotions, and personnel movements in the Senior system; * Provide assistance to employees, answering questions and guiding them on internal procedures and policies; * Monitor KPIs in Power BI—including turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and other metrics relevant to decision-making; * Participate in automation and artificial intelligence projects, contributing to agility and continuous improvement of internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR Department roles; * Knowledge of labor legislation, timekeeping systems, and benefits administration; * Experience with Senior/Rubi/Ronda systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate-level Excel; **Additional Information** TOGETHER WE BUILD **NEW OPPORTUNITIES** Since 2004, CredCrea has built trust-based relationships as a Credit Cooperative specialized in serving engineering, architecture, technical, and technological professionals.
