From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Receive guidance from leadership or more senior professionals to perform responsibilities. + Analyze expired products in inventory. + Ensure completion of the Inventory Schedule. + Conduct third-party inventory audits / inventory reconciliation. + Ensure monthly center closings are completed on time. + Support, guide, and alert Operations during rotating inventory activities. + Resolve SAP discrepancies between fiscal documents and tax assessments. + Resolve procurement/CSC discrepancies against contracts and tax assessments. + Register invoices and contracts in the invoice portal for integration with CSC. + Receive service invoices and verify them against purchase orders. + Monitor and resolve NFSe (Electronic Service Invoice) issues to prevent invalid invoices or failure to record fiscal entries. + Monitor and manage pending fiscal invoices (GNF) to ensure no service invoices remain unreturned, avoiding improper expenses and tax penalties. + Monitor departmental performance indicators.
