Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitization of suites, bathrooms, utensils, and common areas, as well as linen replacement and order submission. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitization of suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Linen replacement and consumption verification; Submitting menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Prior experience in cleaning or related activities (desirable but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well; Availability to rotate among morning, afternoon, and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety standards and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Fixed Salary:\* R$ 1\.914,00 \*Meal Voucher:\* R$ 15.00 / day \*Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance:\* R$ 250.00 \*Attendance Bonus:\* \*Work Schedule:\* 6 days on, 1 day off (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). \*Working Hours:\* 7 hours and 20 minutes per day; shift timing to be coordinated with the manager * Loyalty and Incentive Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year.
