Description

Job Summary: Responsible for verifying the production schedule, sorting, weighing, and adding ingredients in production processes, ensuring cleanliness and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in production processes involving handling of ingredients and equipment. 2. Completion of elementary education and relevant work experience required. 3. Availability to work on 12x36 shift schedules. Responsibilities: * Verify the production schedule. * Print the production worksheet. * Sort and weigh ingredients, keeping\-them identified with their respective batches. * Sort and weigh enzymes and antioxidants, using required PPE and maintaining batch identification. * Add ingredients through the reactor manhole and the Triblender. * Verify the need to perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) on equipment before and after production. * Complete all production documentation fully and without corrections. Requirements: * Completion of elementary education. * Experience in this role or similar activities. * Flexibility in working hours and availability to work on 12x36 shift schedules\. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
