**Responsibilities and duties**
* Manage the established strategic planning, monitoring management indicators defined for the agency, meeting set goals and deadlines;
* Manage the agency's team, evaluating performance and promoting people's development through technical and behavioral training, aiming to establish the best organizational climate;
* Ensure the agency's budget is met, promoting its feasibility through achieving revenue, investment, and expense targets;
* Ensure continuous development of the organizational processes of the agency under their responsibility, promoting and identifying improvements to manage available resources;
* Ensure all procedures of the agency under their responsibility are carried out according to the rules established by the Singular Cooperative, ensuring process functionality;
* Monitor the performance of the agency under their responsibility and develop action plans to increase participation of products and services among members;
* Plan and conduct business visits;
* Participate in credit analysis of credit operations at the agency under their responsibility, according to predefined approval levels;
* Respond to corrections and implementations identified in audits, coordinating execution of recommended corrective and preventive actions;
* Comply with and guide the agency team under their responsibility on the correct application of internal and external regulations, adoption of internal controls, and risk management.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Economics, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
* Postgraduate specialization in related areas;
* CPA 10 or 20 certification;
* Knowledge of financial products and services, and negotiation and sales skills;
* Good communication, ethics, professionalism, ease of interaction, and teamwork;
* Experience in financial institutions/cooperatives;
* Proficiency in Office and LibreOffice suites;
* Experience in team and goal management;
* Availability for travel, meetings, and courses;
* Class B driver's license.
