The professional will be responsible for technical management of field assembly activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with current regulations. * Lead technical and administrative teams, assign tasks, and ensure achievement of project objectives. * Conduct construction supervision, verifying compliance with the project design, material quality, and worker safety. * Prepare technical reports, opinions, and documentation required for project approvals by competent authorities. * Monitor schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and optimal resource utilization. * Participate in meetings with suppliers and other project stakeholders to ensure effective and aligned communication. * Continuously seek innovations and best practices in civil engineering to drive continuous improvement of processes and outcomes. * Experience in modular, prefabricated, or industrialized construction systems. * Knowledge of off-site production and on-site assembly processes; proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management tools. * Familiarity with technical standards for modular construction and occupational safety.
