We face many challenges—so join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to business areas for resolving technical issues; * Understand and manage user department requests; * Coordinate requests with internal and external vendors, ensuring user department needs are clearly communicated and vendor deliverables meet timeline and quality expectations; * Collaborate with the development team to address legal requirements, bugs, enhancements, and queries; * Execute GMUD processes; * Conduct systemic homologation tests, both ad hoc and regression; * Monitor technology environments; * Investigate incidents; * Log and track service tickets; * Estimate effort, develop, and monitor implementation schedules for corrections and improvements; * Promote integration and mobilization of all stakeholders, ensuring high-quality communication, system reliability, and adherence to established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related fields; * Experience with SQL Server database; * Experience in supporting and maintaining credit/loan systems such as Working Capital, BNDES, Financing, Receivables Anticipation, and/or Secured Account, among others; * Basic knowledge of APIs; * Availability to work 100% onsite at Avenida Paulista. **Additional Information** At Daycoval, we recognize that caring for our employees is essential to fostering a healthy and productive workplace.
