Focus on quality, stability, and continuous improvement of solutions #### **About the Role:** We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to work on the development and evolution of complete web applications, actively participating in technical decisions and production system maintenance. The role involves PHP with Mad Builder and Adianti Framework, as well as applications built with Node.js and React.js (Next.js), utilizing multiple databases and emphasizing quality, stability, and continuous improvement of solutions. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain fullstack applications, working end-to-end; * Build and evolve PHP-based solutions using Mad Builder and Adianti Framework; * Develop and integrate applications and services in Node.js; * Create and maintain modern interfaces using React.js and Next.js; * Design, model, and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases; * Work with MongoDB as required by the solution; * Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, code reviews, and version control; * Collaborate closely with product and design teams, contributing to technical decisions and continuous improvements; * Support the team’s technical growth and application sustainability. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer building web applications; * Strong hands-on experience with PHP, preferably with Mad Builder and/or Adianti Framework; * Practical experience with Node.js; * Proficiency in React.js and Next.js; * Solid experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases; * Experience with MongoDB; * Consistent use of Git; * Experience with Docker; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):** * Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures; * Knowledge of Redis; * Prior experience in fintechs, banks, or financial products; * Experience with AWS and cloud services; * Experience with highly complex systems involving multiple integrations and high data volumes.
