Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Deliver classes in Free-Enrollment Courses in Professional Education, in accordance with course syllabi and current legislation, within the areas/segments of SENAI-RS’s operations. Carry out teaching activities, such as: planning pedagogical activities, preparing lesson plans and instructional materials/resources, participating in technical/administrative/pedagogical meetings, advising and monitoring students’ internships at companies, among others. Maintain control and records regarding students’ progress and performance, in compliance with applicable regulations and legislation. Prepare individual and group reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the position’s area. Specify consumable materials, machines, tools, equipment, and pedagogical environments. Advise, plan, and execute, as part of educational practice, activities related to installation and maintenance of machines, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements. Provide technical-operational services in response to operational demands. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within the position’s area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes, as well as analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes.
