Responsibilities: Conduct development tests under technical guidance, ensuring proper documentation and supporting the team of analysts and supervisors. Conduct bench-scale and pilot tests according to predefined formulations; **Maintain technical records:** Test sheets, simple reports, and controls; Support basic formulation adjustments under guidance; Monitor industrial tests and scale-up activities; Assist in initial sensory evaluation; Support the compounding laboratory; Support organizational documentation within the department. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program (Food Engineering, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related fields); Basic knowledge of candy production processes; Strong organizational and execution skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:48 PM
