Food and Beverage Attendant

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systems and/or software from a user perspective. Basic knowledge of English and/or Spanish for food and beverage service. Previous experience in direct customer service, preferably in the hotel, bar, or restaurant industry, is desirable. Good communication skills, friendliness, customer orientation, agility, teamwork spirit, proactivity, and impartiality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Attend to customers in bars, restaurants, and events held at the property. Clean, organize, and store work materials. Prepare and serve drinks in the hotel's bars and restaurants. Check buffet signage during meals. Prepare and replenish dining room mise\-en\-place, ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of the area. Monitor items running low in the dining area and promptly arrange for restocking. Know restaurant menus and beverage lists to better assist customers. Greet customers at restaurant entrances and escort them to tables when necessary. Collect previous day's warehouse requisitions.
