Self-reliant in task execution and priority setting We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer (m/f) – full-time – to strengthen our Technical Service team. Our Technical Service provides technical support to our hospitality customers who use our hardware. The team’s top priority is to help each customer become even more successful in using our products. Then you understand that you make a tangible contribution to the overall service Van Hessen delivers. ### **Job Description** * Performing maintenance and repair work on-site (nationwide), where required * Handing over completed work * Accounting for time and material consumption * Inventory management * Taking all reasonable measures necessary to properly execute assigned tasks, considering both company interests and those of the client * Independently determining the optimal execution of tasks and responsibilities * Independently setting priorities for task and project execution, unless otherwise instructed by the Assistant Technical Department * Handling customer issues ### **Profile** * Technical experience * Self-confident, stress-resistant, and professional in appearance * Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written * MBO diploma (technical field) or equivalent knowledge-skill-experience level ### **What do we offer?** Do you want to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment alongside colleagues who go the extra mile?
