FUNCTION MISSION: Coordinate and execute the Human Resources activities of the unit, focusing on Personnel Department processes and providing direct support for people management-related demands, ensuring compliance with current legislation and Vila Galé standards. YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree or Technologist degree in Human Resources, Personnel Department, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Intermediate knowledge of Windows environment and Office suite; Solid experience in Personnel Department, including proficiency in data management systems, electronic timekeeping, and shift-based personnel management; Experience in the hospitality sector and SAP system will be considered advantageous; Organizational and planning skills, sense of urgency, social intelligence, analytical vision, orientation toward internal and external customers, and team spirit will be assessed.
