Teamwork with focus on organization and attention to detail **Data Center Operator** (12x36\) **Location:** \| **Work Model:** On-site Main Responsibilities * Monitor the environment and respond to alarms * Open and track service tickets * Execute operational routines and patrols * Perform Remote Hands tasks (inspections, cables, and equipment) * Support access control and third-party supervision * Update logs and conduct shift handovers Requirements * Technical course in IT, Telecommunications, or related fields * Basic experience in Data Centers, NOCs, or Telecommunications * Fundamental knowledge of networking and cabling * Availability for a 12x36 rotating schedule **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of BMS/DCIM * ITIL or BICSI certification Profile * Organization and attention to detail * Strong communication skills * Responsibility and teamwork orientation Job Type: Full\-time Pay: R$1,700\.00 \- R$1,800\.00 per month Work Location: In person
