Provide essential support for compliance with internal standards and contractual requirements, ensuring quality and reliability of document management processes. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for controlling, organizing, and managing all technical and administrative project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards, Arcadis procedures, and contractual requirements; * Receive, classify, register, and archive physical and digital documents; control review and approval workflows; maintain up-to-date electronic document management systems (Smart Hub); and support technical and administrative teams by providing documents as needed; * Assist in preparing document status reports; ensure readiness for internal and external audits; and collaborate on implementing improvements to document control processes. **Requirements and Experience:** * Education: Technical qualification in Building Construction or related fields; * Experience with electronic document management systems such as Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint, or similar; * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, for data organization and control; * Familiarity with document management standards and procedures, version control, document classification and indexing, review and approval workflows, physical and digital archiving, and knowledge of contractual requirements related to technical documentation; * Experience on large-scale construction projects; * Availability for 100% on-site work; * Location: Pecém – Caucaia, Ceará Why Choose Arcadis?
