The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of best practices in logistics and supply chain. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in operations planning, preferably in logistics environments. * Proficiency in data analysis and use of planning tools. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Willingness to relocate: Ceará. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Coordinate operational planning activities to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness. * Analyze performance data and prepare reports to identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Process Engineering, HSE, OMS, etc.) to align operations with customer requirements. * Develop and implement planning strategies to optimize resources and reduce costs. * Manage the planning team, promoting professional development and employee motivation. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and established goals by monitoring performance indicators. * Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide data-driven insights.
