Job Summary: Vila Galé is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Sunset Cumbuco Hotel, responsible for performing general repairs and professionally attending to customers across all hotel areas. MISSION: Carry out maintenance department tasks, performing general repairs while attending to all customers professionally and in accordance with Vila Galé standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform diverse repairs across all hotel areas. Respond to requests from internal and external customers. Assist third-party maintenance teams when necessary. Track requests via company-designated applications and in accordance with internal procedures. YOUR PROFILE: High school diploma or technical education in related fields: Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, etc. Basic knowledge of smartphone usage. General knowledge of maintenance: Painting, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, and Telephony. Experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage. Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, urgency awareness, good communication skills, organization, rigor, and resilience.
