MISSION: To professionally handle all laundry requests in compliance with Vila Galé standards, ensuring excellent service to all guests. YOUR PROFILE: * Completed elementary education and/or currently pursuing secondary education. * Prior experience in hotels or medium- to large-scale laundries is desirable. * Basic knowledge of ironing. * Team spirit, friendliness, customer orientation, proactivity, impartiality, discretion, and organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform washing of clothes, uniforms, and linens, sorting items according to fabric type, degree of soiling, and condition. * Operate washing machines, loading items according to each machine’s capacity. * Inspect washed garments for stains and overall washing quality. * Assist with ironing of clothes, uniforms, and linens. * Serve internal and external customers according to the unit’s needs. * Organize uniforms in accordance with specified standards.
