WORKING WITHIN CLEAR GUIDELINES TO HELP ACHIEVE DEFINED RESULTS FOR THE SITE AND CLIENT(S).**Requirements** -------------- Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree / Preferred: Postgraduate degree Experience/Knowledge in the field: Knowledge in inventory area and experience in Logistics and Inventory Operations Preferred: English Availability for relocation: Ceará**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Shift and team management 2\. Recruitment and team development 3\. Ensure compliance with SHE/Asset Security and SOPs, and address reported issues 4\. Implement productivity and quality improvement initiatives 5\. Support site change programs 6\. Contribute to the site's development plan and implement relevant actions 7\. Conduct PDs/shift meetings/Gemba Walks 8\. Ensure coordinators are properly trained 9\. Ensure safe work behaviors are understood and followed 10\. Implement continuous improvement opportunities 11\. Support site talent development/succession planning 12\. Collaborate with vendors based on business requirements and monitor their performance 13\. Participate in customer audits 14\. Recruitment and selection 15\. Conduct efficient team meetings 16\. "Participate in projects within the site 17\. Preventive quality/safety assessments 18\. Process improvement 19\.
